Different Kind of Moving

Now that Amy and I have moved (so…sore), I think it’s time for me to start planning the migration of Jasongraphix to a new webhost and a new look. This site is in dire need of a complete re-build and my webhost – well they’re just getting old. It has…

Moving…

Yesterday started out with much anticipation and excitement as we signed our lease and picked up our new keys. Those feelings continued all through the work day, after which we went to the new place and worked until about 12:30 last night cleaning and building a couple new furniture items….

Sprint Happiness

I keep looking over at the cell phone on my desk and laughing. “HA! 3 BARS!!!” and then a few minutes later, I look over again out of curiosity. “HAHA! Still 3 Bars!” Although, I think my workmates may be getting a little worried about my mental stability, I know…

Selling NES Games

Amy and I have begun the arduous process of packing all of our belongings into boxes for our move to Maguire Village. We’re starting to realize that we have a lot of “stuff” lying around. You know what I mean – the decorative fountain/light that never gets turned on and…

I Love my Ames!

Today’s not a special day. In fact, it really is a typical one. Amy and I woke up this morning at 6:45am to my alarm, then at 6:47am to her alarm, then once more at 6:55 when we realized we were still in bed. We took a shower together and…

Holy Blogger Batman

As I was perusing my regular reads this morning, I came across the report by Zeldman that Blogger has been completely redesigned! That’s right, the simple service (know owned by Google) that propelled many of us into the web-publishing age has reinvented itself. It seems like many of the css/webstandards…

Men of Metal

I know I’ve been spending too much time ranting about advertising, but while looking for new information regarding the Subservient Chicken everyone’s been talking about, I found this page. The writer talks about an insert he had found in a magazine about a soon-to-be-published book about Humanoid Robots. To make…
